All transactions are secure as all cards are PIN protected. This gives you peace of mind, with tighter spending controls to reduce the risk of fraud. You can register your cards to either a driver or a vehicle as a safety feature to prevent any unauthorised card use. As an additional safety feature, we also offer an optional Card Protection Policy for £1 per card per month. This allows up to £3000 cover on each card, including loss, theft and fraud cover.
9. Online Account Portal
Our customers can log into a free online account portal at any time. Through our web portal, our customers can access a detailed invoice. This shows the site, registration, date, mileage records and time and quantity of fuel drawn. Bespoke reports are also available on request.

10. Credit terms with Cambrian Fuelcard Services
Payment terms are twice monthly by direct debit. Weekly payment terms are also available. Transactions from the 1st to the 15th of the month become payable at the end of the current month, and transactions from the 16th to the 31st of the month become payable on the 15th of the following month. This gives you up to 30 days of interest free credit.
