Applying

Applying with us is simple. You can either contact us and we can send out an application pack directly to you, or alternatively, you can apply online through our website. Simply fill out the application form, including a copy of your photo ID and signature and send it back to us.

All applications are subject to approval and if everything is okay, your cards will be with you within 7 working days.

Fuel Station Locator App

Our app was designed with the needs of our customers in mind. The Fuel Station Locator App finds the nearest stations to you in your card network, and then gives you directions to that station via Google maps.

You can also find out more information about the facilities that are available at that station. This includes:

• If the station offers AdBlue
• HGV compatible sites
• Open 24/7 sites
• Whether it is a Motorway site or not
• Toilet facilities
• Core/Non-Core
• Street view
• Additional directions

Filling up

Ignore the pump prices as you’ll be paying our fixed weekly price. Fill up your tank as usual, and then insert your card and enter your pin when paying. No cash is needed, and you don’t need to collect receipts.

Fuel cards offer considerable savings on fuel costs, they take up less administrative resources, are a secure method of payment and they can be used to pay for more than just fuel.

Accounting

Our Online Account Portal enables you to access your account 24/7. We send itemised invoices weekly and our payment terms are twice monthly by direct debit.

There are no hidden charges, you simply pay for the fuel. We also offer the option to change to another card network at any time.

Customer Service

The team at our UK-based call centre give the highest priority to reacting immediately to customer needs. Nearly all requests are completed within 15 minutes.

Our customers are assigned a dedicated account manager who is trained to deal with any enquiry.

Telematics

Telematics solutions will fundamentally change how your fleet operates. It offers you the ability to monitor all your vehicles and drivers and keep an accurate track of business efficiency. We have strategically partnered with two of the UK’s premier telematics companies.

It’s our aim to provide our customers with a range of vehicle tracking devices to suit any fleet. The devices we supply are cutting-edge technology and seamlessly linkup to the easy-to-use monitoring applications.
